StoutHead (992) - DENMARK - NOV 19, 2013
Bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a small white head and a bit of sediment in it. No aroma to speak of. Taste is a weird bready, hay-ish, citrus-y, flat experience of sweet malts and a slightly metallic and sour aftertaste. It looks okay but is terrible and watery. Perhaps I’d enjoy it on a scorching hot day...but I kinda doubt it - a glass of cold water would be better.

Can at Madrid Airport, October 2013. Clear, fizzy, golden with a big white head. Corn, some cooked vegetables like boiled potatoes in the nose, soft bitterness and a little buttery in the mouth. Light-bodied, malty-buttery finish. Quite alright for a non-alcoholic beer.

Boks på altanen i herlig novembersol, Elviria: ekstrapoeng for flott skum som varer. Svært mild aroma og smak av malt tilsatt en humlekongle eller to. Ingen metallisk ettersmak, så derfor et ok alternativ til flaskevann.

330ml bottle and even tap. Crap, very poor sugary one. Artificial flavours and aromas.

Sabor dulce, con muchísimo aroma artificial, parece un jarabe dulce, no se puede beber.

CAN. APPEARANCE: clear blond beer, nice stable white head. NOSE: lemon, citrus, some grains, older hops, yeast used by bakers. TASTE: grainy, older hops, little fruity. Not bad for an alcohol free beer, but not that good either...

330 ml can @ siesta, Barcelona.
Pours a clear golden colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of sweet sugar, some pear and wet cardboard. Flavour of sweet malts, starch, metals, sugar, cardboard and after a couple sips: maize flour. Light bodied, watery mouthfeel and harsh carbonation. Very unpleasant. Gives me a headache. Fuck.

Botella de 33 Cl, 20 Cl. y 25 Cl. Aunque me cueste admitirlo están mejorando muchísimo este tipo de cervezas

humlelala (1375) - DENMARK - JUL 16, 2013
(25 cl bottle from local supermarket; BBD: May 4th 2014) Pours a clear, palely golden with plenty of creamy, white head and almost fizzy carbonation. Decent retention and some lace. Aroma is initially pleasant almost like an ordinary pale lager with a hint of noble hops. As it warms this impression seems to fade somewhat leaving a more cerealy impression. Light-bodied, with a semi-watery palate and a sweet, corn and biscuit-like finish. Flavour is a bit on the sweet side - more bitterness would have made it more crisp and refreshing. One of the better alcohol free beers I’ve tasted - I just wish they would have done more about the hops.

No scent. The taste was okay to be low alcohol percentage. One of the better beer without alcohol in I tasted. But the very taste of water still. The aftertaste is not all. Follow me @ Kung av öl / King of Beer @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.
