Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of brewing cereal, malt, and metal. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, grain, metal, and brewing cereal, leading to a dry finish. The body is light.

Bottled. Clear yellow coloured with a small white head. Aroma of malts and corn with hoppy notes. Malty flavour with notes of caramel and corn and a hoppy finish. An OK pale lager, but still it’s nothing special.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Pale yellowish golden colour with mediumsized bubbly white head, that disappears quite quickly. Aroma is cooked vegetables, maizelike sweetness as well as some slight grains and mild metallic notes. Flavour is maizelike sweetness, some earth, mild cooked vegetables and grains. Not the worst of lagers...

30th July 2008. Bottle from the Philippines. This generally is poor from anywhere else! Pale gold lager. Light and crisp. Watery but in a refreshing spritzer sort of way. Refreshing. A beer close to my heart as I drank loads of it in the Philippines. Sometimes even had this for breakfast when the water was suspect.

UPDATED: JUN 27, 2013 Philippino "pale pilsen" version, bought from a grocery store in the metro DC area. Very typical lager with no redeeming qualities. Image any other lager of the developing world and this one is no different. Life is too short.

omhper (25949) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAR 20, 2002
Pale golden. Medium bodied, some corn- or rice flavour, some bitterness. OK as a tropical lager.

Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 8, 2006
(Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy pilsener golden with a small, white head. Vague aroma of malt and...chlorine? Body is thin with some weak, malty notes and only a hint of hops in the finish. Poor. 080106
