Pale beer of high fermentation brewed with biologically produced honey from Tarassaco.

Birra chiara prodotta in alta fermentazione con miele biologico di Tarassaco. Stupefante al naso, ricca di sapore e molto intrigante in bocca. Da colpo di fulmine!

Silver medal at the World Beer Cup 2014, category "Specialty Honey beer"

Aroma with a combination of sweet honey and sour hops notes. Pours a cloudy dark orange with a thin white head. Tastes wonderfully tangy with balanced sweet notes. Fizzy mouthfeel with a sharp finish. Very good.

Batch L381112, bb 27.05.14
Hazy golden color. Slow gusher. Mild beery aroma; very dry mouthfeel, not much flavor going on; some alcohol perception; ordinary bitterness; traces of paper; partially refermented in the bottle, so probably the profile is no longer what it was supposed to be.
Don’t brew with honey.

Rangi (671) - NEW ZEALAND - JUL 24, 2012
The over all impression I took away from this beer was a funny taste of soap for some reason. Not a enjoyable beer for me for that reason.

Koelschtrinker (21492) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUL 8, 2012
Sehr getreidiger Beginn, der zumindest kurzzeitig nussig-malzig ist. Danach eher langweilig, Mittelteil und Abgang wirken unfertig. 5/7/6/5//6
