Boca 0,33L - dosadni lager ..pivo koje se s ničim ne ističe osim cijenom... Jesper86 (156) - NETHERLANDS - OCT 6, 2017
Non-pasteurised and non-filtered gives some expectations to more flavour and body, but that's just a little. Not a bad beer though. jamaty (2232) - Madrid, SPAIN - SEP 13, 2017

Regular “industrial” Croatian pilsner is a quite good match together with traditional Croatian food, served together with a lot of raw onions and strong ajvar (a spicy mash, made from baked or grilled red paprika,
eggplant, and spices). Regular “industrial” Croatian pilsners are
therefore quit rough, without the slightest touch of elegance. But this summer I tasted something completely different, Svijetlo Pivo from San Servolo.
A pilsner in the bohemian style. Relatively large, creamy body (remember its a pilsner, not a imperial stout!) and with significant amounts of
bohemian hops. Hops that are so integrated, that one can be tempted to believe that the IBU is low. It’s not. The carbonic acid content where quit low, which contributed to a creamy feeling. It’s not a complex beer. But in my opinion, a Pilsner should not be
complex. It should be refreshing. For thirsty people. Tasteful? Yes, of course, and, like this beer, with pronounced toner of fresh light malt. MD11 (41) - - JUL 8, 2017
Bevuta in bottiglia. Colore giallo paglierino. Aroma poco convincenti con leggerissima nota di Malto e fieno. In bocca un malato scarso e un finale secco. Borup (15109) - Albertslund, DENMARK - JUL 6, 2017
50 cl. bottle. A hazy golden coloured beer with a white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, fruit, hops, straw and with a mikd bitter finish. Gangstergafje (1225) - Capelle aan den IJssel, NETHERLANDS - MAY 30, 2017
30-05-2017; fles; at home (bought somewhere in Croatia).
The looks of the beer are rather simple. The color of the beer is golden yellow. The beer has a haziness. On top of the beer a nice layer of soft, white foam is formed. The foam retention is average. Not bad, but not very exiting.
The smell of the beer is also rather simple. I smell some clear malts and also some alcohol. Both together give a certain almondy aroma. There are also some bitter hops, which also give some herbal notes. Simple, but good.
The same for the taste. It is simple, yet good. Nice maltiness at front, with a minimal biscuity tone. I also taste alcohol and clear hops. The hops give a nice bitterness to the beer, but also some sweeter fruity notes, and a floral touch.
The palate of the beer is fine. Medium light body, smooth and rather low carbonation. The finish is nice and contains some alcohol, and some nice bitter hop aromas. The hops give in the end of the finish a dry almost astringent bitterness. This could be better. I like it. A good beer, with some nice features, but not to special. Above average though.
