This is everything a Belgian ought to be. Perfect mix of ABV with fruitcake spices, and round mouthfeel.

On tap @ Sanctum. Hazy copper pour with a white head. Smells of clove, banana, and apples. Quite sugary, too. A bit of butterscotch on the finish. Flavor is mostly just sweet sugar notes. Lots of banana, butterscotch, apple, and raisin. Mild clove and tartness.
