12oz bottle, from Brennan’s in Madison (picked up during my stay for GTMW). No date found on bottle. Clear orange golden color. Pours with an airy fizzing off-white head. Fades to a thin amount that leaves some decent lace, though (at least initially). Medium body. Kind of smooth, soft, light to moderate carbonation. Light slick finish. Some bigger metallic mustiness in the flavor that makes me wonder how fresh this is. Some nice pine and citrus hop too, though. Light bready malt, kind of a spicier finish. Moderate bitter taste, light sweet, more dry taste. As it is, just an alright IPA at best. Hard to ignore that metallic aroma in the finish. After I get halfway through and finish my notes, it only gets worse with each progressive sip... Managed to finish, though BrewHaMeister (456) - Wisconsin, USA - JUL 4, 2014

January 2012. Bottle while in MN. Amber color with a white head. Nice aromas of hops, citrus and pine. A tad bland, but still with some strong bones and character. Nuffield (4199) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - JUL 4, 2013
Good aroma with considerable caramel-hop balance. Less enjoyable flavor in which the grassy hops soon overwhelm the core flavors. But ok anyway. Surprising abv. Bottle. Imperial_Scout (363) - Illinois, USA - MAY 28, 2013
Pours cloudy amber. Grape fruit nose. Medium body with bitter finish. Not bad. HopScripts (28) - Appleton, Wisconsin, USA - APR 8, 2013
Overall, decent IPA, the aroma is a little boring and taste lacks some elements. I think it should be more balanced and it would be considered a better beer. Overall, decent for the IPA variety but still needs some work. Patrickctenchi (6731) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - FEB 25, 2013
Cloudy orange amber with a short, beige head.
Scent is malt, caramel, orange-grapefruit.
Nice bitter grapefruit peel flavour.
Well balanced with the initial sweetness.
