I’m excited about this one. Served in long tulip glass, I was welcomed by a beautiful golden, clear beer with a nice frothy, white head. The hops gave this beer an extremely inviting, fruity aroma with a subtle bubblegum undertone. As for taste, this was a nice rendition of the classic Farmhouse Ale. Discreet clove flavors complimented an apparent citrus finish. Overall, this beer was extremely refreshing and crisp. Apparently, Sanitas will be canning this beer year-round and I welcome the opportunity to be able to have a drinkable saison in the mid-winter months. thebeerbitch (5) - - SEP 9, 2013 does not count
Draft in Taproom. Pour a glistening gold with a two finger stark white head. Aroma of sweet apricot and a light belgian-esque bubble gum. Flavor caught me off guard. A little tart, but nice! Fruits in the flavor, a touch of grassy hops, very crisp and drinkable. Interesting yeast here, i wonder what it is. Light body. Not the most complex Saison i’ve ever had, but if i’m looking for an easy drinking, everyday Saison, this is my new go-to. CraftExp (3) - Coffs Harbour, AUSTRALIA - AUG 27, 2014 does not count
I really enjoy this beer. I find it easy drinking and a sessionable beer. Goes really well out of a can poured into a nice long glass. Kind of beer I would enjoy as an everyday beer but not a special one i would pay over the odds for. Wife also enjoys this one - she is not a big beer drinker but has been able to enjoy this as have others i have shared it with.
I have imported these beers into Australia for resale front he brewery - just declaring my interest upfront!

On tap at Sanitas poured a clear pale yellow with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, pepper and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, pepper and light citrus with a crisp dry lingering peppery finish. onceblind (10322) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 3, 2014
Clear brilliant bright yellow with a thin foamy ring of head. Nice estery nose of Pilsner malt and corn chips and a wee bit of spicy dough. Spicy and estery flavor full of rye and pepper with some sweet sugary wheat/hay and a nice earthy and subdued bitterness.

Sanitas saison paired with a ceviche at BruFrou fest. Clear gold classic saison funk the taste is ascerbic wheat and a bit of spicy funk. Nice enough. Aubrey (3516) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - FEB 3, 2015
Crisp up front, but it quickly thickens, and it even becomes kind of cloying in the finish. This is a very malt-forward saison with notes of honey, cereal and sweet grains. Yeast esters and hops are meadowy, floral and earthy. White-pepper bitterness. Nice lemongrass element in the aftertaste. Danyel (1606) - Colorado, USA - SEP 2, 2014
Can. Aroma of hay, citrus, floral, caramel. Taste is light bodied, medium carbonation, spicy and refreshing. Good. BVery (11233) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - JUN 11, 2014
Can from Rob - thanks! Slightly hazy yellow-orange pour with a small white ring head. Slight yeast and citrus. A touch tart on the tongue with a somewhat lively palate. Getting some apple juice. ajtrupp (340) - Broomfield, Colorado, USA - JAN 25, 2014
The reviews on this beer are hilariously everywhere. The "detergent" description should sound crazy, but I kind of get it. But paired with the citrus tones and peppery finish, it's not at all unpleasant. I respect the reviewer before me who called it "piss water", yet still gave it a 2.9.
