Arrives from the tap with a quickly dissapearing, frothy, pale white colored head. The beer is a clear, light gold color. The aroma smells of sweet grain, a bit like corn, some pale grain dried straw notes, a hint of wildflower like weed notes.cubs (10714) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JAN 2, 2013
Lightly sweet tasting, on the grainy side, with a touch of bitterness in the finish that doesn’t quite balance out the sweet malt. Very light bodied, refreshing on a hot day kind of lightness. A touch of lingering menthol, and hoppy grassiness. Sweet corn notes, not DMS, just grain, and some light pale cracker notes. Light fruit notes suggest at apple, and perhaps a touch of melon character.
A standard Blonde Ale, nothing to write home about, but clean, light and refreshing.
Tap @ brewery. Pours a clear yellow appearance with a small white head. Lemongrass, straw, corny aroma. Herbal, bitter grassy, straw, hay flavor. Well carbonated. Bleh. Travlr (26130) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - DEC 16, 2012
Draft at the source. Very pale yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of peppery hay. Taste is lager-like. phaleslu (10673) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 26, 2012
Draft at the brewery, served in a pint glass. Pours a clear, pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of straw, pale malts, maybe some cereal. Flavor is the same but ends with a long nickel note. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a metallic mouthfeel. Not very good at all. BeerCook (18) - Midland, Michigan, USA - JUL 25, 2012
Clean and crisp. Very little aroma and taste with a very clean finish. I usually like a little more flavor out of a blonde.

Clear yellow with a fizzy white head. Sweet honey and malt aroma and taste with a bready finish. Cavie (4808) - Arlington, Texas, USA - DEC 18, 2011
Tap at the Sipapu Ski Lodge. Pours a super light straw color with a fairly foamy head. Lots of carbonation. Aroma is straight corn and metal. I’m afraid I won’t like this already. Yup. Flavor is the same as the aroma. Corn, metal, and bitterness. For a craft beer, this is too close to macro. 3fourths (9358) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - OCT 9, 2011
draft sample. mild nose of pale malt with notes of toasted grain and light honey sweetness. mild but dirty phenols (dishsoap, mold) are unpleasant. light body, rough malt, low bitterness, fizzy and dissolving texture. a simple beer, not really well-executed, the result is a forgettable mess. Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 5, 2011
Draft @ taproom. Pale straw color. Smells like pale malts. Thin. Although technically flawless, is bland and boring without much flavor at all except for a nice floral hop in the finish. Oakes (18873) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 21, 2011
Bright straw colour. Has almost a union-made aroma in its continental hoppiness and overt graininess. Low bitterness, and a hint of straw. It’s a bit dirty, it’s blonde and it’s not made for serious beer people anyway.
