3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Solid ipa. Clear amber, minimal head. Tastes great, more malt than hop. Could use more hops, but drinkable nonetheless.
Tasted for the first time at the Chimayo Hotel bar on the day Tom Petty died. What a day. Pours well, laces nicely, great dark cold color. The pint smells of piñon and fresh-mowed grass. Tasting there is a decent hop push, lemon, pineapple. Quite decent, making the best of a strange day. john44 (3392) - SW London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 22, 2017
