Bottle pours hazy burnt gold with a white head. Aroma is jam packed full
of lactic goodness. Notes of vinegar, oak, lemon, peach, and a touch of funk. Flavor shows the same with blazing acidity to back it up. This stuff is amazingly mouth puckering and I love it. As it opens up, it even seems like it gets more sour! Definately not for the feint of heart. hazy iced tea color with a small spotty white head.
super tart aroma... red wine vinegar, wood, green herbals/field greens, vanilla, black peppercorns and an apple-y malty kombucha mushroom thing.
this is the sourest damn thing iíve had... and i love it... notes of red wine, apple cider, grass, wood and the rest of the notes from the aroma. it gets even more sour as it warms!

Pours a light hazed yellow gold .. . medium foam .. . huge sour presence, very clean and enjoyable .. . would love to try a couple of the others from this series! .. .

UPDATED: OCT 18, 2012 Bottle generously shared by Nick! Dark scarlet copper pour with a small ivory head. Didnít leave a trail inside the glass. Enamel peeling sour with lots of unripened berry, vinegar, tart citrus, lemon zest, cherry skin and wood. This thing was uber aggressive. Made my teeth bleed and I loved it! Now Iíve got to seek these out!

BottleÖ This beer rocks!Ö Pours hazy and caramel-colored with a small, fizzy, white head. The bouquet is acidic, ultra funky and mega fruity - sour cherries stand out. Full-bodied with a mildly creamy mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. The flavor is intense Ė caramely, acidic, funky and just plain super-sour. Finishes up much the same. Intense tartness coats my tongue for a long while after each sip. Bottle, big thanks to Kevin for this. Reddish orange with white head, aroma has notes of acid, lacto, sweet tart type funk with a touch of lemon and cherry. Taste is big battery acid, lemon, mouth puckering acid with a big lasting sour finish. Intense, intense sour. Like this a lot, but canít do a lot of it...
