COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This yellow ale is a refreshing favorite often served with a lemon or orange slice. Wheat yeast gives a HefeWeizen its unmistakable Banana/Clove character which also pairs remarkably well with many different foods. 13

Can. Its an unclear, golden-orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is quite pheonlic, with banana, lemon notes, cloves and a touch of wheat. Bubblegum too. The flavor pretty much the same, quite decent, but too phenolic I think. Lots of bubblegum and banana, with cloves, lemon notes and wheat. A touch of bitterness too, especially in the end. Dry on the palate, even though it tastes a bit sweet. Banana, bubblegum and cloves in the end. Well... not a favorite of mine, but far from bad either. 130819

On tap at SanTan, pours a cloudy bright golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out bananas and clove, smelling like an authentic hef. Flavour brings out lots of bananas upfront, followed by clove and dry wheaty notes. Dry finish, with lots of banana esters. Decent.
