Served cold, poured into IPA glass. Dark amber color with nice tan head. Lacing remained fairly consistent while drinking. One of the darker IPA's. Scents of lemon and grapefruit with some piney floral scents. Did not taste as much of the floral/fruit as I would have liked. Good bitterness on the back end. A great local brew, easy to take camping in the aluminum cans. Nothing spectacular but certainly a decent IPA.

Pours deep Amber with a white head. Aroma is more bread and yeast than expected for an IPA. Flavor is fruit and caramel dominant with some hops on top before a one note bitter finish. It’s fine but not great and not what I’d expect from an IPA. Andrew196 (1902) - Katy, Texas, USA - MAR 2, 2017
Can to glass - pours a hazed amber with a creamy ivory colored head. Looks solid. Aroma lends itself more to the English style with the caramel malts reaching out on the nose with a floral hop edge, perhaps stone fruit. Malts still kick into gear on the tongue... Caramel, orange, ripe green grape, pine, fruity mellow hops.. Sort of has a halting characteristic towards the end which hurts a tad... Pretty good though. 12oz can - it pours a nice clear reddish copper color with a thick soapy off white head. Aroma is fruity hops, citrus and mild caramel malts. Also a good fruity hop flavor, more citrus, a hint of booze and soft caramel. JorgeLee (2117) - Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 18, 2016
Can, brought back from Arizona by Lalitha. Quite a deep amber colour. Sweet and slightly crystally sugary malt. Lots of hops in there and bitter, but I felt a lot of the flavour, especially the promised Nelson Sauvin, was muddled, lost against the harshness of the malty sweetness. mcberko (17845) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 26, 2016
On tap at SanTan, pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of piney hops upfront, followed by dry bready malt. Flavour is not the most expressive in the hops other than a strong astringency. Dry biscuity malt underpins this. It’s okay.

Aroma of grapefruit rind, taste is light, hoppy, crisp finish, definitely worth a try, at bbq fest, arizona. wombat23 (1419) - Texas, USA - MAR 19, 2016
12 oz can. Pours a hazy deep amber with a light beige head. Aroma is citrus and pine. Taste has initial notes of citrus, sweetness and fruitiness, but the dominant features are a fairly piney bitterness and a substantial caramel malt foundation. It’s different than a lot of IPAs out there, but it’s decent. SHIG (4962) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - FEB 15, 2016
Can: Poured an orange with white head. Aroma is juicy hoppy. Nice hoppy bite that has some soft malt balance. Bartzilla (622) - La Mesa, California, USA - JAN 28, 2016
Hey, alright! Digging this Arizona IPA. After the Boatswain IPA from Trader Joe’s, this tastes like angel pussy. Quite forward witht he hops on the nose and palate. Malt very well concealed as is the booze. Could easily be a crusher and that means solid times. Nice can design too. Label/Can Design really should factor into ratings here because I’ve seen some good beers with shitty labels and vice versa. Might prompt some sort of movement to grab the eyes before it grabs your taste buds. Rambling. Later. Travlr (24826) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 26, 2016
Draft at the source. Clear golden color, thick head. Aroma of white pepper and straw. Taste is bitter peppery straw. Kind of old school.
