Mr Pineapple was conceived for SanTan Brewing Company’s annual Luau day here in Downtown Chandler. Fresh pineapple is added to our Wheat beer during fermentation to add a refreshing tropical flavor to an already sweet and fruity ale! The pineapple is balanced with a firm malt character and a slightly spiced hint of clove. Mr. Pineapple is highly carbonated to make it a quenching and refreshing ale for our warm Arizona climate.

Hazy orange pour. Some foam. Nose is sweet with pineapple. Flavour is syrupy with some pineapple and spicy esters . Interesting premise not to my taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can - deep yellow with an average head. Has a metallic aroma. Definitely some pineapple in there along with a banana flavor. It probably would have been even better on a warm day.

Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a large sweetness with some pineapple. Flavor is wheat malt, maybe a bit of spice and pineapple in the backround. This was ok and different then the usual artificial fruit flavored wheat beer.

Clear orange pour with a nice white and good lacing. Aroma is pineapple, bubble gum and some band aid. Taste is pineapple juice and bubble gum. Light body.

Can from the Best Damn Beer Shop. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is fairly much pineapple. Maybe some wheat. Med minus body. Flavor is pineapple and wheat. Almost a bit bready. Firmly carbonated. Flavors aren’t strong for me. Ok.

Picked this up as a single can with a few others at Sunset Beer Co. Couldn't resist the cheesy graphics, and also I love pineapple. This tastes like half beer half Dole pineapple juice. High carbonation, and smells great when you pop the can open. Lots of head & a fun hot summer day beer.

Can via a trade. split 2 ways in stemware @ 41F. 2 finger head. cloudy pale yellow. Nose is slightly fruity, with a touch of spice. Taste well there’s pineapple, wheat and some banana and clove esters. Not terrible but would’ seek it out again.

Extra can from trade. Thanks! Pretty tacky looking can here, made me chuckle a good bit though. Fun getting extras I’ve never heard of. Pours from the can to my tulip golden yellow colored mostly clear with ever so slight haze and a big white head that disappears rather quickly. Aroma is hay, wheat malt, honey, some sweet pineapple juice, pears, and some yeasties. Flavor is light hay and wheat malt notes, pears, pineapple, yeast funk, finishing surprisingly crisp with a light hop bite. Clean finish, light bodied, high carbonation. Pleasantly surprised by this one. Easy drinker on a hot day here in Florida, with the pineapple not overpowering this or making it syrupy sweet. I would totally drink this again. Definite summertime golf brew.

Can thanks to Josh! Pours a hazy gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is full of sweet pineapple with a hint of citrus and an earthy wheat backbone. Flavor is quite sweet with pine apple and has a bit of sweet grain as well as an earthy touch in the finish.

Can. Bright amber color with ivory head. Fruity sweet tropical fruit aromas with pale malt, grainy wheat. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly sweet, earthy pineapple flavors with tart pale wheat, bready yeast____smooth finish----not bad.
