pours yellow/straw like cloudy color with tan white head. Aroma-flavor: intense hop profile, with notes of citruses, especially grapefruits steps forward in second half. Hop bitterness is very high, pretty well balanced with malt backbone, and steps forward in finish, lingering in aftertaste. Body is moderate - medium, texture juicy smooth, carbonation is moderate.
11 Dec 2016, tap. hazy yellow. nose is sweet, bright, and dank hops. grapefruit rind and sweet malt, mildly biter. nice. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - NOV 10, 2016
Draft on tap at the brewery (Capitola, CA). Pours a decent hazed golden orange hue, healthy glow and lively golden summery color with frothy white head atop, a bit looser with decent ringer that laces ok. Aromas show a touch of Biscuit behind an assault if fruit and florals, tropical and mango essence meets lemon, graoefeuit, a jab if caramel. Faint vanilla, earthy bitter florals are fresh, fairly potent, temper well. Initial is cleaner and pretty crushable for the style. Firm bitterness, jabs of pithy rind, fruit growing as a slow wave. A bit of herbal, green bitterness punches through, some white grape, tropical and pineapple nuances. A bit pithy, gumball, supporting bitterness and some nice flow. Kiss of warmth integrates well into a good flavor, solid bitterness grows to a potent, earthy appeal, the Equinox kicking. Tempered even finish with a real nice bitterness that brings it on home for the Hopheads. Never sweet, the strength here lays in a cleaner body, pretty dangerous drinkability, sneaky potent bitter hops. Neat stuff. marcus (10972) - Sacramento, California, USA - NOV 6, 2016
On tap at Final Gravity Roseville. Pours golden with a thick off-white head and a huge floral citrus aroma. There is a hearty pale malt flavor with an appropriately bitter finish.

Hazy golden color, moderate white head. Pine, grapefruit, some orange peel, and malt. A little sweetness initially but turns bitter quickly. Lively, body is almost medium, and somewhat oily. Finish is long, bitter, astringent. illidurit (2356) - San Francisco, California, USA - AUG 7, 2016
On tap at the brewery. Pours a super cloudy matte gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is full of tart grapefruit and pine sap. Flavor is a pretty robust mix of pineapple, meyer lemon, oranges, and a bit of watermelon. Some garlic midpalate. Solidly bitter finish. bytemesis (9619) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - AUG 5, 2016
Tap. Pours very hazy golden orange, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is really nice, pot, pine, spruce, forest indeed. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter, loads of evergreen hops, hints of pot to round things out. Medium body, soft creamy mouthfeel. A bit of harshness but otherwise quite tasty. brokensail (16696) - Dublin, California, USA - JUL 18, 2016
On tap @ Caps & Taps. Cloudy golden beer with a white head. A little on the onion and sulfur side dank up front. That’s followed by grapefruit, pineapple, watermelon, and peach. Definitely get some tropical fruit juice flavors and a good citric quality. Fair amount of bitterness, but not over the top. Some of the Sante Adairius IPAs aren’t my favorite, but this was a pretty solid one.
