750 bottle from when I was in the club. A light looking clear yellow pour with some tart and apple but that slight wild funk in nose. Sublime. Very good.

Sample from Batch 3 at Kurtkeller 027: Sante Adairius-tastic 01 on 07/30/2017. Cloudy pale yellow color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Strings of lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast, hay and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, floral yeast, spice and oak. The finish is floral and oaky with a white grape and citrus aftertaste. Good beer all around.

Pours hazy straw with a light, quickly fading white foam. Aroma has both saison and gueuze qualities. Funky, flowery yeast, bretty notes, cheesy and citrussy notes. Vibrant, mineral citrus flavours. Sour and mellow oaky notes. Long lemony aftertaste. Really good.

neongolden (1795) - Linköping, Sweden/Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 30, 2017
(On tap @ BRUS, Copenhagen, May 10/17) Pours a hazy medium gold with an average white head and spotty lace. Aroma of nectarine, white grape, white wine, oak, bit yeasty and funky, lemony tartness. Flavour is dry and really lightly tart with some lemon flesh, pale malt, a bit oaky, dusty, mineral, very lightly funky, with some wood in the aftertaste. Bone dry finish. Fairly light bodies, softer carb. Light and refreshing, yes, but definitely not without complexity either. This is what a grisette should be, in my opinion.
