M- light to medium tacky body. Low burn.

Draft at SARA with Linh. Pours a bright hazy golden body with thin active white lacing. Aroma is bright fruity hops, light earthy funk, some wood and yeast. Mouthfeel is active and medium with notes of funky/fruity hops, citrus, light pine, fresh grapefruit/pomelo, light wood and an earthy funky character. Really awesome hoppy belgian. UPDATED: DEC 3, 2014 Half pour at the brewery. Aroma is up front Belgian yeast spice, pepper phenols, light banana, light pear, grassy. The beer pours cloudy golden with minimal head that fades to a ring around the edge. Flavor is yeast spice, pepper, sweet honey malt, grass, moderate hop bitterness on the tongue. The body is light with medium-low carbonation. Overall, maybe the hops are starting to fade - leaving behind a more bitter aftertaste than fresh flavor. The yeast flavor really dominates. illidurit (2356) - San Francisco, California, USA - NOV 22, 2014
On tap at the brewery. Pours good with an orange tone and a white head. Aroma has notes of pineapple juice and cannabis. Flavor is light pineapple and some Belgian esters. Soft milky body, slightly vegetal aftertaste. ineedbeer (2359) - Oakland, California, USA - NOV 10, 2014
From notes taken while drinking from the tap at the brewery.
Aroma is a bit odd. Some over ripe stone fruit and red apple with a bit of peppery phenolic notes. Light yeast character. Phenolics border on poopy. A bit grassy as well.
Pours a fairly clear, golden color with a moderate white head that exhibits good retention and moderate lacing.
Flavor has nice light malt notes and a touch of sweetness. Light stone fruit and red apples. Moderate phenolic and woodsy note. Fairly strong and somewhat harsh bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low, but present astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, an alright beer but the bitterness is harsh. The beer is also too woodsy and a touch poopy. Not what I was expecting from a SARA beer.

This light gold beer has a lemony aroma. It starts of with a big bold hop flavor which develops into a light citrus aftertaste.

On tap at Trappist Provisions. It pours a golden yellow color with a big white head. The aroma is floral and citrusy with some crackers and spice. The flavor is dry and floral/spicy with a velvety mouthfeel. Aromatic and spicy in the finish with some straw. A really nice farmhouse Saison. dfroms (477) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - OCT 26, 2014
Draft at the source. Pours a lightly hazy straw color with almost no head. Aroma is banana, pepper, earthy dry hops, grain, dough, orange peel. Taste is bright citrus and grain with a lingering papery/piney finish and a silky mouthfeel for the ABV. Really good, if not too unusual or surprising. bytemesis (9735) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - OCT 11, 2014
