750mL at Woodshop 10. Clear straw pour with healthy foam. Nose is slight diapery/plastic phenols, dissipating for white peach and vanilla ice cream. Taste is pretty lemon acid forward for saison, carbonation is soft and not over the top, tannic oak provides some structure. White peach and pineapple pull through. Refreshing and bright nailing that "sour saison" substyle nicely.

Bottle thanks to Kevin. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is funk, oak, yeast, lemon zest. Medium mouth, funky, lemon zest, stone fruit, light finish, very nice. Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - MAR 29, 2015
Bottle shared thanks to JBPortland ! Pours a hazy pale golden yellow color with a finger plus of tight white foam. Lots of dusty musty funk mingles with bright stonefruit and unripe pineapple, light acidity, horsehair and fieldgrass. Finishes dry with nice vinous complexity ! 750ml bottle pours hazy pale yellow with a finger of head. Nose is tart dusty stonefruit and light oaky funk. Taste is balanced tartness with juicy ripe peach, tangerine, nectarine, and citrus, mixed with dusty integrated dry barrel wood and soft hints of funk. Finishes mostly dry with juicy stonefruit, lemon, grain, dusty orange sweet tart and oaky wood. Great! AdamChandler (5052) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - SEP 6, 2014

A - Very hazy light yellow appearance. 1 finger head that fades fast
S - Smells like dirty baby diaper and honey.
T - Sweet, loads of tart honey lemon zest and honeydew melon. Very light, crisp
M - dry sweet and crisp finish
O - Hard to rate this one. It’s incredibly light and effervescent. Interesting beer!
Soft malts, great development, fruity fermenting yellow fruit. Plucky taste, nice farmy yeast, funky, mouth filling, great palate, drinking so well. The bit of residual sugar does a lot here. Surprise for me! (Bottle shared with Fx and Tommy) tom10101 (6084) - Quebec, CANADA - MAR 15, 2014
Bottle (750 ml). Shared by Fux, thanks! Hazy yellow with a small mostly lasting white head and good lacing. Aroma is lemony with yeast, light tartness, some funk, nice winey presence and mineral notes. Taste is also lemony with a little more winey presence than in the aroma, nice tartness/funk, slight sweetness, some yeast and mineral notes. Light body. Medium/good carbonation. Crisp. Drinkable and quenching. Crisp. Nice lemony presence and great use of the barrel. Taste and quite complex considering the abv. Loved it! Steve_0 (3745) - Denver, Colorado, USA - FEB 22, 2014
Bottle at home, courtesy of Felipe. Big thanks for this one man! Pour is hazy golden with a big white head and great lacing. Big funk, urine, white wine, oak, yeasty, citrusy, earthy, lemon rind, and pears in the aroma. Taste is honey, flowers, lemon peel, grass, biscuit, urine, lightly spicy, herbal, tannic, and woody with a dry fruity finish. Medium body with crisp carbonation. Effervescent, yet fruity, crisp and highly complex. Great beer. Braudog (6716) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - DEC 29, 2013
Bottle, thanks Chris and Meredith. Very light-colored brew, looks almost like pineapple juice. Virtually no head. Drinks with a very sweet fruity edge and an effervescent tingle. Pineapple, grape, and lemon predominate, with a bit of a yeasty swirl in the finish. Quite excellent. (#5399, 12/29/2013) brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - DEC 3, 2013
California rake #4000. Bottle @ Sante Adairius. Hazed orange pour with a white head. Aroma is tart apple cider, pineapple, and citrus. A nice grapefruit and peach character. Subtle yeast and sugar. Really nice balance of acidity and sweetness to the flavor. Tons of peach, sweet apple cider, pineapple, and grapefruit. A moderate tartness of lemon and citrus fruits. Really well done.
