750 ml bottle purchased and consumed on site at Hill Farmstead. Excellent pour, almost totally clear gold until just a few drops of dregs of yeast. Aroma is yeast with lemon, subtle barnyard, Flavor is lightly tart, mild barnyard yeasty. Finish is light sweetness, light minerals and lemon peel. Lighter bodied, soft mouthfeel. The texture is somewhat dry. Gosh damn! The drinkability is ridiculous with this brew. All of the elements are balanced extremely well. Amazing.
