Bottle @himmeriget - y’all know. Poul a slighty hazy crisp yellow, with a small and quickly disappearing head - which turns into a white ring of fluff. Aroma has white grapes, oak, slight tannins, slight peach skin, apricot juice, slight minerals, slight florals, sea salt, stone fruit (duh). Taste is quite acidic, but has ever so slight fruity sweetness to it. Semi watery and slick bodied, with a smooth and lively carbonation. Good stuff, perfect for this summer weather.

Hoprider (716) - DENMARK - JUL 6, 2017
Pours a fairly clear yellow colour with a lasting white head along the curve of the glass. The aroma offers big citrussy apricot jam, something slightly lactic as well. The fruit isn’t too overpowering. Sour citrus taste. The apricots are there but only slightly so. Really clean US fruity sour. Lactic aftertaste and still super sour. Finding myself holding this up against Fou Foune and it’s not quite as good.
