Pours a half finger of head on a clear dark straw body.
Aroma is lots of caramel, grains, dark fruits and candy.
Taste is caramel, toffee, biscuits, dark fruits and a mild lemon bitter finish.
Texture is crisp.

Grabity cask @ GBBF 2014. Amber pour with a bubbly white head. Mellow toasty nose. Some baked apple. Train mix. Light raisin. Sort of leafy. Similar flavor. Toasty and easy going. Plum and apple. Shaggy bitter bite. Light body, soft carb.

Sample at the tap room. Clear orange-gold color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly to a sparse outer ring. Small patches of lacing. Roasted malt, caramel and hops in the nose. Light-bodied with a caramel malt character and notes of fruit and earthy hops. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste.Decent overall.

Appearance: Clear darker gold amber (tan?) fine head of small white bubbles.
Nose: Dry, lightly bitter herbal hops. Medium roasted malt touch of sweet aroma
Taste: Medium toasted wheat bread. Dry. Touch of good bitters finishing
Body: medium to light.
Parting thoughts: a nice version of the style.

Clear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, nutty, caramel, candy, woody notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, sugary, candy, dark - brown malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery and sticky, carbonation is flat. [20140814]
