Toasty, dryish, with some dark malt development. Could do with a little less carbonation. Drake (14062) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 3, 2017
Can from Rosemont Liquors. Dark brown, large foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roast and caramel. The taste is raisin, roast, chocolate. Thin. A little weak, but a decent simple schwartz. Bov (13219) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JAN 11, 2001
black colour, few foam, slightly roasty, caramel flavor .................... slowrunner77 (12594) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 15, 2014
"like a slightly sweeter, thinner porter. overall it was neat to try, but not something i’ll go back for. not a ton of hops, or body, but what’s there is good enough.

Can. Dark colour with a nice average lasting off-white head. Aroma of roasted malts, hops and some coffee. The flavor is sweet with roasted malts, coffee, little chocolate ending with some bitter hoppiness. Good brew. kp (10881) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - SEP 1, 2007

dark clear ruby red, rich malt and floral hop aroma, rich malt flavor with a bitter finish, much more a bock than a stout

22 ounce can for 3.50$ at Johns. Guess I never rated this. Anyway, pours a dark mahogany color with a large white head. A light malty sweet fruity nose. Toast, caramel, berries, fairly sweet. Quite nice. Simple. Clean. drowland (8955) - Georgia, USA - SEP 25, 2017
9/24/17. Big ass can like the one pictured there, from Five Points. Dark pour, basically black, with a big khaki to tan head. Light roasted malt aroma, a hint towards soy, but I don't mind it, caramel, nuttiness. Good flavor, roasted malts, coffee, a touch of ash, caramel, nutty. Actually not bad. wlajwl (7013) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - APR 23, 2017
Aroma and flavor is mild/medium roasted/dark malts, grainy in the middle, a hint of fruit and a mix of relatively light acidity and beery in the finish.
