Another crisp pale lager that has a slight malt characteristic. I’d never seek out this beer, except during sake bombing. joetan22 (3) - Centreville, Virginia, USA - JUN 28, 2007 does not count

A rather simplistic brew claiming a dryness that it cannot deliver. Mild yellow with limited head, no alcohol biteand only the vaguest hint of bland hops. Tastes like Asian Miller. theviolet (186) - New York, New York, USA - MAY 13, 2007
Pours a light gold. A decent head but it goes away too quickly. Taste is nothing to talk about. I’d drink it at a sushi bar. pojo41 (315) - Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA - MAY 2, 2007
Can at local sushi house. Nothing outstanding about this beer. Not bad with Japanese food and sake.

grainy taste good with sake bombs. very good with sake bombs. wheat colored with minimal head. decent beer. jonnycando (16) - Troutville, Virginia, USA - JAN 13, 2007
A good balanced beer. Various tastes appear at different times. A little sweet now, a little bitter next. Canned version fizzy but has little head. Once settled in the glass it is crystal clear. DrewTaylor (154) - Michigan, USA - NOV 26, 2006
UPDATED: NOV 28, 2006 Mild grain taste. Very light color with a small head. I have seen this beer used very commonly in saki bombing at restaurants and bars. bitter (1136) - Henderson, Nevada, USA - SEP 7, 2006
not sure what the differences are in the sapporos they all tasted about the same this one may have had some more grainy bitterness to the end. adjunct rice heaven.
