From the 650 ml. can marked HO516G-0933FL, It pour a typical looking light amber-yellow with a long lasting foamy white head. Some lacing. The aroma is mainly corn, rice, and grass but I do find a slightly intriguing melon character. Smooth. medium body. The taste has a pale malt bready and sweet note with a slightly fruity or melon-like hop finish. Better than I expected but nothing out of this world.

500ml can. Wow that’s a good looking can ..feels robust and thick in my hand as I pour this Japanese piss into a German jug . Beautiful shinny silver can is hypnotic ,like a garish Japanese karaoke screen after ten of these. Nose of glue and Japanese war torture. Golden and with a limp head of white that resembles uncle Ben’s stodgy rice. A clean beer, nothing wrong with it ...

Clear yellow, big white lacing foam head. Quite decent barley aroma, fresh taste. Low bitterness detected, sof in aftertaste. Perfect with sushi. (Arnhem 201703)

Fles gedeeld met LiekevdV bij Victory Wok Alkmaar. Het bier ruikt naar rijst, en heeft weinig tot geen smaak. Drinkt dus snel weg.

33cl bottle. Quite typical pale lager, but personally I like the dryness of it. Basic.

Bouteille de 33cl. Couleur dorée, mousse moyenne de tenue moyenne- faible. Caractère malté, céréales, particulièrement aqueuse. Trouvée à lidl - Montigny en gohelle.

@ Budapest, Ramenka. Aroma is slight malty grain. Poured light golden straw with OK head. Mild bitterness followed by a thin grainy finish. Meh.

This is the version brewed in LaCrosse by City Brewery, if that makes a difference.Average in taste and smell and whatever, it’s a pale lager alright

0,33l bottle. Clear golden colour with slowly shrinking white head. Aroma: Hay with roasted rice. Taste: Has a quite malty moderatly sweet start but the lack of hoppy caracter a bit strange. With some time a light bitter mouthfeel comes in. Has a soft buttery texture. Light/medium body with medium carbonation. Short evading bitter finish. Better than the average pale lagers.

Sampled this time from a 12 oz. bottle but I like the really cool tall can. Lifted into a tall, handled beer glass with a light to medium yellow body and good carbonation giving a thin long-lasting top. Smell of corn and not much else. The taste is grain and bread. Just a touch of sweetness. Rather dry on the end. A good summer drink I think, served very cold. A pale lager, what do you expect?
