Smooth mouth feel indeed. Though one-dimensional, very balanced and no acidic finish.

Canadian version. 0.65l can. Clear light golden, poor froth. Metal, cooked grain. Not much of an aroma. Some sweet malt with hints of bread and some artificial glue-like notes, metallic bitterness in the finish, somewhat dry, but not exactly crisp. Aftertaste is like sucking on copper coins. Light body and carbonation. A poor, industrial lager. Nothing to see here.

A golden colored beer with a frothy head. It is a light tasting beer with little to no aftertaste. Very carbonated but not overwhelming. In all it is an enjoyable experience.

The looks of the beer are classic for a pale lager. The color of the beer is a nice golden yellow. Of course the beer is crystal clear. On top, there is a nice rough layer of white foam. The majority of the foam collapses, leaving a thin drape. The smell of the beer isnt bad. Not that rich and strong, but just a clear crisp pale lager aroma. I smell some basic malts, on top of which tere are some refreshing hops, giving both bitters as some slight sours. The malts are quite sweet, but together with the bitter malts there is good balance. Nice. The taste is a little milder. Not bad though. Nice malty base, with bitter and minimal sour refreshing hops on top, with both sweets and bitters well balanced. Nice. It is a refreshing beer, perfect thirst quencher. The palate is average. Light body, rather smooth and medium high carbonation. The finish aint that long, but contains some nice bitter hops. All in all, not a bad pale lager.

Straw, grass, malt and yeast aromas. Pours a clear bright gold with a fine white head. Lots of lacing and steady champagne bubbles. Soft carboantion. Crisp lager tastes witha little metalic finish. Nicely balanced.

Can - Very clear light yellow color. Strong smell of hay and grass. Clean on the palate with not much body. Tastes malty and a little sweet. Rather bland and boring but not my style at all.

One of those crappy light weight macro brews that goes really well with tapanyaki fare. Served best at near freezing temp. Has a sweetened, crisp corn flavor. An exotic smash brew. Take it or leave it.

From the 650 ml. can marked HO516G-0933FL, It pour a typical looking light amber-yellow with a long lasting foamy white head. Some lacing. The aroma is mainly corn, rice, and grass but I do find a slightly intriguing melon character. Smooth. medium body. The taste has a pale malt bready and sweet note with a slightly fruity or melon-like hop finish. Better than I expected but nothing out of this world.

500ml can. Wow thats a good looking can ..feels robust and thick in my hand as I pour this Japanese piss into a German jug . Beautiful shinny silver can is hypnotic ,like a garish Japanese karaoke screen after ten of these. Nose of glue and Japanese war torture. Golden and with a limp head of white that resembles uncle Bens stodgy rice. A clean beer, nothing wrong with it ...

Clear yellow, big white lacing foam head. Quite decent barley aroma, fresh taste. Low bitterness detected, sof in aftertaste. Perfect with sushi. (Arnhem 201703)

Fles gedeeld met LiekevdV bij Victory Wok Alkmaar. Het bier ruikt naar rijst, en heeft weinig tot geen smaak. Drinkt dus snel weg.
