armando629 (2456) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 23, 2013
Draught at Pivnica HS, Sarajevo.
Hazy opalescent golden lager with a froathy off white head. Normal, drinkable one with some malt and more sourish yeast character both in aroma and flavor, easy and fresh, herbal hops in the finish. Nothing exciting but ok.

Oakes (18543) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 30, 2012
At the brewery - gorgeous building. Cloudy and pale. The aroma is doughy with light spiciness but also some funky fruitiness. The palate is similar, with the funk detracting from the other, more positive, attributes.

Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 6, 2012
Draft in brewery resto. Hazy yellow gold. Stable tight head. Sour apple aroma like the filtered one has, but the palate is nicer. The finish is crisp, albeit not without sulfur. Better than the standard original with decent hop level and no diacetyl. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Marko (5930) - Split / Zagreb, CROATIA - APR 27, 2012
At the Pivnica HS. Typical pale Sarajevsko yellow body only hazy and carrying nice, lively streams of carbonation. Bready, subdued nose that carries some light acidity, slightly perfumey. The taste is a positive twist from the regular stuff. Perfumey, light and malty with very light lemon and grain. Subdued in general. Extremely light cute tartness in the finish instead of bitterness which just isn’t there. Not bad.

visionthing (5496) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - DEC 28, 2011
On tap at Pivnica HS [September 2010]. Pours hazy light yellow with a white head. Fresh and fruity with aroma of citrus and yeast. A bit thin, but quite refreshing. Slightly bitter finish.

Eructoblaster (4330) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 29, 2010
On tap at the brewpub. Hazy pale blond body with a fair white creamy head. Light malty/hoppy aroma with citrusy and flowery hints. Fresh, but rather thin taste. Ends with a short bittersweet finish.

heavy (2890) - Split, CROATIA - AUG 20, 2010
Draught at Sarajevska Pivara. It poured hazy pale yellow body with small head. Sourish unpasteurized aroma, chalky mostly. Quite weak flavor, strange chalky malty, little bit sweet, somewhat herbal and slightly sourish. Thinner with shorter bready and herbal finish. Not bad at all, but little bit thin and not comparable with good crafted beer. Well, it wasn’t meant to be one anyway.

luttonm (6657) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 12, 2009
Draft at Pivnica. Hazy yellow pour with tall foamy head. Hazzier flavor, yeasty, chalk, banana. Definitely macro, but fresh enough. Interesting choice and change from regular Sarajevsko.. a brewery special is nice, but this isn’t really better. A touch more interesting with more flavor than ’regular’.

Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 15, 2008
Darught at the brewpub. Clear yellow - white head. Aroma: Sourness, diacetyl, hay, cardboard. Taste: Hay, cardboard, light butter, light tar, wet hay, metallic, youghurt, light light hoppy. No freshness or crispyness at all. Boring.

ogivlado (7955) - Zagreb, CROATIA - MAY 8, 2008
On tap at Pivnica HS within Sarajevska Pivara.
Avaliable only draught at HS. Light hazy pale yellow coloured, small airy white head, to much smoke in HS to smell the nose. Mild fresh acidic hoppy taste with light bready notes. Drinkable but a bit too watery. Slight bitter finish.
