Bottle in a trade with MarkoNm, cheers. Pours dark brown with a fairly short lasting moderate sized beige head. Aroma of sweet milk chocolate, roasted malt, peanut brittle, and dark fruit. Medium sweetness, and moderate but increasing bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Finish is sweet and oily.

Cimbasso (1003) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 30, 2017
UPDATED: OCT 30, 2017 Sampled from a 500ml can from Beers of Europe (I think - it has been in the cellar for a while...). Pours a very dark red/brown with a quickly-fading tan head. Sweet aroma, and a taste of sweet malts with flavours of brown bread, honey and fudge. Not much bitterness. Much too sweet for my taste.

Hrc_Cro (618) - Zagreb, CROATIA - OCT 7, 2017

tntracey (109) - Hood River, Oregon, USA - APR 17, 2017
Not a great dark beer, but not a bad dark beer either. It’s good enough to drink all night long. Taste is fresh seeing that at it’s source.
