Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
12 fl oz bottle as Saranac Adirondack Lager. Pours hazy orange with a two finger thick and white head. Aroma is malty, caramelish and slight breadish. Light herbal hoppy note. Vague metallic flavoured. A bit flat on the malt flavours, herbal to grassy hops going towards a dry and bitter finish. Ends medium dry. Clear pale amber beer. Watery but crispy palate. Watery malt that just irritates, like a mass produced lager. A light hop touch can’t really redeem it. Pretty grim.
