COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our original award-winning Saranac beer is brewed in the German Lager tradition using Noble hops. We balance the hop bitterness with caramel malt sweetness, creating what we like to call a “round” beer.

Pours a golden amber color with good carbonation and medium head. Smells like a good lager. Medium light body with smooth finish. Very tasty lager. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Glowing golden color, looks great, small white head. Average sweet malty flavor, mild hops and bitterness. This beer is well balanced but simple, not very flavorful, light to medium body, weak overall. In my younger days this would have been extremely chuggable for a beer bong, or a game of quarters.

This lager has some hop bitterness but not too much. It has a rich copper color and a nice taste. The bottle I had was named Adirondack Lager on the label.

Pours a light amber, with a small white head, that of which diminishes very quickly. Not one of my favorites, even for saranac. Starts off a little sweet followed up by a slight bitterness.

The only real impression I got for this one was "hop", not in the overbearing sense, but in the one-trick-pony sense. A slight hoppy aroma and flavor is all it really has going for it. Amber color, okay. Don't hate it. A beer you drink, not a beer you talk about.

Not a bad beer. Has a nice hop and malt balance to it. Head is a little thin.

Pours amber true to it’s name. Head faded quickly. Smelled of malt and hay. interesting aftertaste. A lot of carbonation.decent but nothing special.

Nice amber pour, with a frothy head, slightly tan. Lightly sweet. An average Amber.

Caramel color with a decent, not great, off-white head. Sweet malt flavor, moderately hopped. Id have to say, all in all, a pretty decent beer.

A pretty average beer. Not bad, but there isn’t really a whole lot that sets it apart.
