Decent sized white head of fine bubbles. Very nice aroma with lots of floral hops, some citrus fruit, light caramel malts and some cheese. Color is dark amber. Moderate bitterness and dryness but backed up with some soft malts, lemon and cereal grains. Finishes moderately dry and rather bitter. No noticable alcohol presence. This is a pretty good APA. edgallow (4211) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - JAN 20, 2013

12oz bottle in a shaker. Pours amber with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of pale and caramel malts with a nice amount of floral and bitter hops. Flavor the same. Average texture. A pretty standard pale ale. Jrwhitney6 (496) - - JAN 8, 2013
Pours a honey color. Lots of citrus on the nose. Some citrus notes in the taste, but mostly some bitterness from the malt. An odd, almost sour, finish. Ok.

It poured a clear yellow and had a big white head that clings well and lingers lightly on top. The smell is a mix of citrus scents with hints of pine, slight malt sweetness coming through. The taste is clean and very light, and not bitter. The palate is about a medium with some harshness on the tongue. Overall, this is one of the better beers by Matt Brewing Company.
