I bought three different 355ml bottles from this brewery at the USA bar provided by Bières Sans Frontières at GBBF. This one poured a deep, rosewood content under a beige foamy head. Sweet smell of caramel malts with hints of tart, dark fruits. Flavoured by malty sweetness with notes of yeast behind. Soft carbonated. A decent version of a black beer (hotel room, shared with Arild 05.08.2009). Bov (13354) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - MAY 28, 2010
