UPDATED: DEC 16, 2004 Clear orange with a thin small-bubbled white head. Light hops in the aroma, with some caramel. Starts and ends bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Kaya161 (1139) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 18, 2001
Golden amber colour, nice caramle malt flavour, but not enough hops to be called an ESB, and it is too thin. obxdude10 (2324) - Pottstown, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 15, 2001muzzlehatch (4950) - Beloit, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 5, 2001
Nicely balanced; perhaps not enough hops for a bitter, but I like the caramel malts myself. No, its not too different from their Amber; not worth going out of the way for, but better’n what John Q Public is drinking. jayme9874 (756) - Hamburg, New York, USA - NOV 3, 2001
Clear copper, minimal head. The nose has decent mix of hops and malt..heavier towards the malt. Starts of with a hoppy twang followed by caramelly maltiness with a light nuttiness takes over and finishes first sweet and then hoppy...not bad..didnt really notice a big difference with this or their amber...

Middle of the road ESB. Nice hop profile and decent malt balance. Has a nice twang to it.
