Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Orange with small white head. Aroma is oranges, medium body, some carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is oranges, spices, and bitter orange peel. Not my thing. shrubber85 (11762) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - OCT 11, 2015
Bottle. Orange-lemon, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet orange malt, light coriander, moderately bitter orange peel flavor. Good body. Patrickctenchi (6832) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - SEP 7, 2015
Pours cloudy, orange-gold with a chunky off-white head.
Sweet tangerine, grain scent.
Taste is brightly citrusy, orange/grapefruit, yeast.
Citrus-peel and a faint alcohol bitter.
Not bad, bud more along the lines of an APA than a Wit. katrinaez (2411) - norristown, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 3, 2015
It is as stated. The ipa style is nice with just right amount of hops. The Belgium could be a bit more creamy, but the cloudy is not the only that should hold down the beer for Belgium style. Tap DCLawyer (2949) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - JUL 24, 2015
Draft taster at Iron Horse. Cloudy orange-gold with small white head. A: yeast, spice, citrus. T: Belgian yeast, coriander, citrus. This is a hot mess. Fail for me.

Draught @ Albion. Hazy bright orange with small foamy whitish head, slight Belgian yeast aroma, low carbonation, tangy yeasty taste, long dry finish. Very dry and interesting. Bricks (1166) - Delaware, USA - MAY 29, 2015
Great floral citrus aroma. Decent appearnce. Tastes like a slightly funky IPA. Decent mouthfeel. Not bad overall. beerbill (3619) - Laurel, New York, USA - SEP 13, 2014
12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a thin-moderate white head that is gone by the second sip and leaves scant lace. Mild aroma of malt with some faint orange and lemon. The spicy Belgian yeast is out front in the flavor profile, followed by some moderate citrus pith hops bitterness. A bit abrasive on the palate. Certainly not smooth or silky as the description suggests. Medium bodied. Not something I’d look to try again. jb (3481) - Rochester, New York, USA - SEP 11, 2014
Gaa I thought I was buying an IIPA not a wit. I’ve got to read better. Cloudy and minimal head lacing or retention, still, I like the color and haze. Nose is big with oranges and coriander, and some other nose character like citrus from hops. Actually very appealing nose. Hmm this is growing on me, what will it taste like? A bland drinkable potion, a bit of citrus, but pretty neutral and tasteless. williamherbert (1544) - Syracuse, New York, USA - SEP 3, 2014
Cloudy, as advertised, along with a ton of sediment yeast. Amber yellow in color. Looks beautiful.
Aroma is a Band-Aid plastic/phenolics, touch of lemon. At first blush, the aroma is just off.
Flavor is more of that plastic/phenol stuff. It actually has a burn on the way down. The 7.3% is not hidden in any way. It’s like it’s trying to be a pillowy, yeast-heavy beer, but it comes off as cloying, metallic and plastic.
The feel is buttery and slick; oily. Doesn’t jibe with the rest of it. I’m not sure what Saranac is going for here, but I can’t say that I can recommend it.
