COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A hop lover’s delight! In the India pale ale tradition, this brew is very hoppy in both aroma and flavor from the generous amounts of Cascade hops used in brewing. Look for a medium to full body and golden straw color.

Clear orange body with a medium off-white head. Scrumptious cascade hop aroma. The taste doesn't really get going until the back of the throat (and through to the aftertaste), where there's a yummy Cascade presence. It might finish strong, but there's a problem when there's nothing for the first 2/3 of a sip.

I was fairly impressed by this beer. I really enjoy pale ale, but IPA tends to be too much for me. This one isn't too hoppy, but the malt balance is a little off; just a little more malt would balance it perfectly.

Large head, rapidly dissipating over a lager-like body. Hop character, but weak body and the flavor finishes fast. Considering how well (and apparently easily) American brewers can knock out the IPAs, this is a poor effort.

A very slight citric aroma was noted. Was a light amber-orange color. Not very much going on in terms of amything else however. Taste was thin and watery, and the finish, while hoppy, was overall very bland. 'Sigh'.

No real aroma to this - beats skunky! Thin, quickly dissipating head. Bad mouthfeel to it - hard to describe - but the hoppiness just does not present itself in a pleasing way. It overpowers whatever flavor it is trying to deliver. Had better from Saranac.

Pretty one-dimensional in the Cascade hop department. Very tinny and a little oversparged tasting. Good mouthfeel, but that was a little counterbalanced by the clinging bitterness.

Absolutely horrible. Besides the watery taste, seemingly a staple of Saranac, tasted and smelled like it had been freshley dranined from a river.

Light bronze, very bubbly, quickly disappearing head with little lacing. English style - metallic aroma - herbal and floral hop aroma and flavor are very low and not enough to balance the slight skunkiness and bitterness. Definitely not full bodied like the commercial description says.

Bronze-amber with a thick healthy head--this english style IPA has a light floral aroma and a blandly hopped flavor. Offkey, unbalanced bitterness doom this insipid IPA.

Not enough hops. Missing something at the end...............................
