COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Bavarian-Style lager was traditionally served during Oktoberfest. True to style, ours is brewed with Light and Dark Munich malts and has a rich and bready malt character.

Bright orange brown. Richly malty but with a thin bosy that can't stand up to that. Bread and caramel with a little dusty/mustines in the aroma that was off putting.

Bottle shared with Vi & Ken. Pours a light brown body with thin lace. Mouthfeel is thin and crisp with notes of sweet malt, paper, crackers, spice and sugar.

12 oz. bottle. Pours amber with a dense, creamy beige head that is slow to dissipate and leaves a good amount of lace. Caramel malt aroma with a light hoppiness. Sweet caramel flavor with a bit of yeast and a good bit of floral hops. Medium bodied. Went down pretty easy.

Bottle. Ed gave me a bunch for my birthday. Dark amber pour with small head. Some malt in there and very bready. I gave most to my son Dan.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark red-brown color with a large foamy orange-tan head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was sweet with notes of sour caramel, toffee, dark fruits and vegetal malts. The flavor as sweet, malty and vegetal with undertones of sour caramel, nut and dark fruit. Long finish. Medium bodied and smooth. ok.

12 oz bottle from the sampler case. Sweet and sour with a bit of harshness. Tasted cold throughout and not smooth at all. Good in its own realm but not much to rave about.

Sweet and crisp and true to style. Apples and malty notes. Beauriful beer red and clear. Thanks Steve.

Part of 2016 fall seasonal 12 pack. Interesting that the same 12 pack has an ’Oktoberfest’ lager in as well. In this case, the Oktoberfest is more of a toasty Vienna, while this beer is a heftier, darker and maltier beer. Nice bready nose with hints of caramel and some earthy hop notes. Full mouthfeel with a clean malty fade. Pours pretty deep brown with a rocky froth of head.
