750 ml bottle. Pours hazy golden with a lot of bubbles. Aroma is of apples, barnyard and some vinegar.Body is full, bitter-sharp. Taste is pleasantly sour, tart and moderately fruity. Long, rustic finish. Reminds me of good sour beer. alexsdad06 (10805) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - JUL 14, 2015
Sampled at Liberty’s from notes. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow color with no head. The aroma and flavor have sweet apple, some skins, mild funk, a light tart character, light spice, dry, carries a bit of pop to the finish. Better than most ciders for me. scarletfire65 (1507) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 7, 2015
Bottle at home. Aroma is funky bretty barnyard. Old musty apples as well. Low carbonation, almost flat. Tastes cellared, earthy, woody, leathery, band aids, definitely some serious Brett - like yeast strain here. Very funky and complex. Not for your girlfriend. Bottle shared by a friend. Clear yellow to gold pour with a thin white head. Aroma of sour apple and slight nail polish remover. Apple flavor with leathery funk before a sour, acidic finish.

In short: bitter stale cider.
Pours cloudy dark gold-ornage with littte vanishing white head. Poor lacing. Vinegar and sulphur nose, leather, wet aromas. Medium body, average carbonation, oily texture. Taste is little tart, bitter dominated, stale fruit flavours. "Medium" mouthfeel, flavours do not linger so much. One of the less lively basque ciders i ´ve tasted.
incredible! super funky. nothing really like it in the beer world, except maybe a few different geuzes. this is marvelous. andrewje41 (4252) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - MAR 15, 2015
Bottle poured and shared. Thanks Chris C! What a fun cider this is. By the way, the bottle is fantastic. It gives you pouring instructions that are not easy to perform, though we tried our best. Pours a super light, cloudy yellow color with no head. Sweet green apple aroma. Taste has a little bit of every side. Flavor is a little salty, with some sour green apple. Pretty sweet as well. A little soapy as well, but mostly hidden towards the finish. Nice, unique sour. Fun stuff. phaleslu (10668) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 20, 2015
Small pour at Liberty’s Bar & Bottle. Pours a lightly cloudy pale gold with almost no head. Notes of tart apples with plenty influence from the skins, along with funk, herbs, spice, wood, and a hint of sweet vanilla. Light-bodied, with a funky, tart, dry, biting mouthfeel and moderate to medium carbonation. Pretty unique and tasty. madvike (3301) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 17, 2015
Bottle - Hooray! Wisconsin is starting to get more distro on Spanish cider! Woo hoo! This one pours yellow with no head. Nose is dry, leathery apple, Chardonnay, light tartness. Taste is dry, with oaky white grape, apple skin, lightly tart apple pulp, and a bit of leather on the finish. Thin and slick with minimal carbonation.
