A: Pours a nice vibrant amber hue with a nice head. Okay retention with some spotty lace.
S: Aromas of sweet caramel malt, corn, and bread.
T: Lightly roasted with the candy malts standing out. The corn is there again in the flavor with mild floral hops noted as well.
M: Medium in body, pretty smooth.
D: Not really that tasty to be honest.

Draft @ Brewpub: Clear amber color with a light head and some lacing. The nose is lightly husky with some grain and malt notes, subtle roast or caramel, too light to detect, and some light fruity hop notes. The flavor is mild with a thin body and a touch more of the grainy notes. Finishes thin and light. corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 23, 2009
Pours a dark ruby amber color with golden ruby hues when held to a light source and a thin half finger off-white head that quickly fades into a very thin lasting ring. No lacing.
Earthy, metallic aroma with some subtle malt character as well as some adjunct like corn and rice presence.
The flavor is similar to the aroma with a bit more of a malt presence. A bit fuller bodied than I expected but is still a bit watered down with a grainy rice and corn flavor as well as some subtle rye and caramel malt. Not very flavorful and it took a while to get through the full glass. sebletitje (10089) - Enghien, BELGIUM - SEP 6, 2009
Tap at brewpub.
Pours amber, beige head.

Light amber. Caramel nose with a hint of breadcrust. Pleasant fruity hop overtop of toasty amber malts and caramel.

At brewpub. Clear amber with little white head. Caramel malt aromas with a smattering of Cascade-like hops, a balanced smell. Quaffable mouthfeel. Body is mainly sweet and caramelly with a bready character. Slightly spicy in finish. Ibrew2or3 (8660) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - MAR 20, 2008
Pours clear deep gold with off white head. Odd looking beer for an amber. The aroma is roasty malts, 90L crystal malts and some really faint caramel. The taste is nice and amber-like with rich roasty malts, a little bit of malt astringency mixing with more lightly roasted malts. All this maltiness slowly turns into Munich grainy type malts along with mild pine hoppiness and faint floral hops as the finish approaches. The hop bitterness does grow some into the finish and lingers around with sweet and roasted maltiness. Quake1028 (638) - Tampa, Florida, USA - MAR 8, 2008
Draft at Florida Brewers Guild Beer Fest 2008. Full rating updated as soon as I am more coherent. Angeloregon (2055) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 26, 2007
Good to see these folks doing lagers, too. Tasted March 2005 @ Brewery--Poured a rich burnt amber body. Sweet mildly sticky nose (hints of caramel). Mild hops presence, quite quaffable, but lacked a lot in the finish. Kevster (344) - Bradenton, Florida, USA - AUG 13, 2006
On tap @ the Brewery: Pours a golden amber in color with an off-white head. Aroma is malty and hoppy with hints of caramel and citrus. Flavor brought out the citrus in the hops leaving a slight hint of caramel in the sweet finish. Easy drinking and good!
