Warning! Early amateur rating! Bottle in Bratislava. Dark lager. Light crisp start rapidly followed by a coffeeish bitter undertone. Dry finish. Very easy drinking. Nice.

Bottled, alc. 4.1%. Dark red ruby color, small tan head. Sweetish, a bit roasted aroma. A bit sweetish, slightly roasted. Some grassy notes. Quite typical dunkel but too sweet for my liking.

MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAY 11, 2004
Almost black. Light brown head. Quite sweet, but with some stouty liquoriceness. Aftertaste liq. A little less sweet and this could have been great.

bierkoning (13349) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - JUN 26, 2011
Bottle. Molasses and apple syrup in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with caramel. Some caramelly nutty bitter notes in the aftertaste. Thinnish, but with a sticky mouthfeel. Disappointing.

2.4
Rune (12736) - Tromsø, NORWAY - AUG 26, 2012
500ml bottle from a Billa store in Bratislava. Deep mahogany coloured body. Fawn-coloured head that stays for a while. Roasted malty nose. Sweet roasted malts with a caramel touch in flavour. Ashy dry. Rather thin on the swallow. Average level (Cabin at the river boat MS Rügen, docked in Budapest, 01.08.2012).

rosenbergh (11532) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 9, 2011
Draught at Café Aura, Banská Bystrica, Slovakia.
Dark reddish brown colour with small light tan head. Weak sweet malty aroma with mild diacetyl. Weak sweetish malty flavour with sugary diacetyl. Soft carbonation. Not my cup of tea.
