Hop Suplex Ale 10% ABV Our 10% ABV Imperial IPA brewed with honey. The pleasant orange color of this beer accompanies classic American hop aromas of pine needles and freshly sliced grapefruit. Suplex has subtle hints of honey with a mouthful of hop flavor. As this medium bodied beer warms the orange blossom honey flavors become noticeable. The beer rounds out with a warm yet pleasant bitter finish. Best served at cellar temperatures. Brewed with Liberty, Nugget, Columbus, Chinook, Cascade and Citra hops.

Bottle. There’s a lot to love about this beer. Pours with a robust visual, deep and dank with a nice top. The aroma is woodsy, outdoorsy, with a major hint of funk. This drinks with a major heavyweight persona, mushy, musty, loaded with wet hops. I love the label too. Funny. Entertaining. Delicious. Muscular. (#6647, 6/8/2017)

Pours a hop hazy amber with a medium white head which lingers......aroma of summer pine, citrus, fruit.....taste is heavy mouthfeel, cascade peaking through, pronounced but not overdone bittering, pine shows up mid palette, and drops off into a citrusy fruit. Hopping is well done for a DIPA, no oily residue on the lips or just laying on the tongue. Quite well done.

Tap. This is not my kind of IPA. Way too sweet and floral. Thank goodness someone else in my group wanted it because I couldn’t have finished it. I gave it away.

Bottle. Pours orange with a small white head. not a lot on the nose except for some faint pine needles. A weird combo of sweetness and floral on the tongue with a fairly bitter finish. Not feeling this one.

On tap @ HO1K Beers. Pours a cloudy dirty amber with lost of lacing. Very light aroma of pineapple. Starts out sweet then turns bitter. Bitter aftertaste lingers a bit. Not as good as I expected.

Bebum (1036) - Massachusetts, USA - FEB 20, 2016
Cloudy, medium amber color, stiff, lasting and tall head, spotty lace. Honey and coffee aromas. Medium body, intense flavors, smooth, strong and hot mouthfeel, lingering and flavorful finish. Great balance, very bitter but not dry, crisp acidity. Predominantly hoppy, herbal, citrusy, honeyed background. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
