Keg @ GTMW ’16. Golden pour with a small head. Nose is fairly flabby – sweet grains and caramel. Flavor has some cherry meat, caramel, and some bucolic saison yeast. Medium body, soft carb.

Sample at Bridge Street Tap Room. This beer pours a hazy amber-gold color with a medium off-white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of pitted fruit, earthy yeast and malt. The finish is tart cherry and yeast. Average overall.

On tap at Kelly’s Tap. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has earthy grains and a medicinal sour cherry note. Flavor has same medicinal sour cherry with earthy grains and an odd slight smoke note.

Very dank flavor with a powerful bite. Not an easy drinker. Fermented fruit aroma with extreme flavor. Sometimes big flavor is hit or miss and I guess this style just isn't my favorite. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

At the Charlevoix Craft Beer Festival. Hazy dark gold pour with a white head. Sour cherry fruitiness in the aroma and taste. Interesting saison.
