Pours a hazy golden with a decent eggshell head that doesn’t hang around terribly long and leaves some spotty lace. Nose of tart fruit, spice, dough, and floral notes. Somewhat sweet, fairly tart, somewhat bitter. Lighter bodied, active, slick, with a drying leafy and fruity finish. As it is, a decent warm weather quencher, but a saison this is not. It’s too tart, not hoppy enough, not yeasty enough, and just kind of underwhelming for the category.

Bouteille 750 ml.

12oz tulip glass on tap at Beer Revolution in Edmonton pours a clear straw color with a small white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is light lemon with some grass and spiciness. Taste is a grassy and spicy hop bitterness with a light lemon tartness and a light fruity and malty sweetness. Light bodied with mild carbonation. Overall, a good representation of the style.

Bright orange pour from 12oz bottle at home. Barely any head. Juicy orange candy aroma. Taste about he same. Crazy fruity - tastes like orange juice squeezed onto orange juice. Good stuff. Different.

Nice, floral hops. Sweet flavor. Had on tap, but basically no head. Flavor stays for a while but falls off in my mouth. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from dresden- thanks! Clear medium golden hue, lasting white head. Soft ripe tropical fruit aroma. Melon and ripe pineapple, pale malts, yeasty undertones, light phenols show up subtly as it warms. Quite nice.

Tap. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that was lasting with good lacing. Moderate yeast, earthy hop aroma. Medium body with a smooth dry texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bitter & sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where exceeded.
