Draft. A sweeter cider, some definite spice notes, actually reminds me somewhat of totally roasted without the actual spices and without the tartness.

On tap at TDubs in Frankenmuth- Very clear. Not much nose. Very carbonated. Great sweet and dry mix. Awesome texture too. Very very solid.

tap at brewery. Pale straw with minimal head. Pretty generic cider. Middle of the road between sweet and tart.

This one was interesting. Clear in color, just a hint of gold, but mostly water color. Taste pear/apple, sweet, tart, aftertaste sweet. Reminds me of a chardonnay more than a fruit beer. I probably wouldn’t try again given the other options available. No hops, very little malt detected..if any

Sampled on our Great Lakes beer tour. Almost clear in color with a wisp of daisy yellow. Delicious clear flavor. Soft apple nose. My notes say beer with maple sap, but I don’t know why.

Clear golden-tinged pour. The nose is strong apple and alcohol notes. Tart and refreshing apple flavor, sizeable alcohol dryness. A nice balance of sweet, tart, dry, astringent, and a refreshing alcohol delivery system.
