Sweet cherry and raspberry with a pleasant sweet roast in the aroma. Ditto taste. Finish is much more roasty and full. Palate a little sweet and sticky, and even a bit heavy, but still OK. A simply sweet roasty stout, no great depth here. Not getting any obvious lactose, fortunately, as I dislike that (but why do I almost expect a US brewery to be making a "milk stout" without lactose?)
Rerate: Tap (Tapping the Admiral, London) (5:3:5-:2:9=2.4-)
Strawberry jam aroma, but Anna says black olives. Crisp carbonation, otherwise smooth dead palate. Dirty, some fishiness. Black, flat, slick. Bad "stout".

UPDATED: JUL 22, 2016 Sampled on draft at Hou Thou this beer poured a black color with a medium sized fluffy-foamy tan head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was sweet with artificial strawberry, artificial vanilla, cherry, a hint of chocolate and toasty malts. The flavor was sweet and toasty with notes of raspberry jam, cherry, artificial vanilla, chocolate syrup and cola. long finish. Medium body. Its weird but it works.

draft at incline and still celebrating the wifes birthday. Nose is something I cant quite put my finger on. Sip is a wow bomb of delicious chocolate ice cream with espresso bean. Swell. 9/4/7/4/16 or 4.0

Another beer on our impromptu dessert beer tasting. Thanks Danny! Hits the mark pretty well...get chocolate vanilla and strawberry, all a little artificial, but still smooth and tasty.
