COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An Intensely aromatic IPA crafted with multiple hop varieties. Singapore IPA utilizes a full malt body which complements the hop bitterness leading to crisp and refreshing citrus flavor with a slight hint of pine. Named after the legendary Lake Michigan ghost town of Singapore, formerly located near Saugatuck, this once thriving lumber town was gradually buried by dune erosion in the late 1880s. 16.2

Pours golden with a white, short lived head. Aroma consists of grapefruit, pineapple, peach, and a bit of pine. It is enticing, but doesnt overpower you. The taste is what you would expect from this style. Grapefruit and pine dominate. I also find lemon, pineapple, grass, and a few floral impressions actually. Bitter. Aftertaste is pine and grapefruit. Medium in body with a more sticky texture. This is a fairly solid IPA.

Pours a clear deep golden yellow with a foamy white head. Light hoppy aroma. Medium body. Smooth with a light dry bitter finish. Some citrus and bitterness in the aftertaste. Not bad but not that refreshing.

Part of a draft sampler--clear, light orange color. Aroma of light hops and malt. Taste was exactly as you expect, but not much on either hops or malts. Mild bitterness finish with some light carbonation. Take it or leave it. Iron Oak Post

Amber beer with a flowery aroma that doesnt last long. Nice bitter taste and a full, yet soapy, mouthfeel. Finish a bit flat.

Pours dark amber. Almost no head. Smells of strong hops. Lots of bitterness right up front, the edge of which fades fairly quickly then hangs around. Not bad, but not really getting much else either, though.

Location: Pint on tap at Smoked Bar & Grill Appearance: Brassy. Hazy. Half finger of foam that leaves a nice lace. Nose: Citrus with a hint of grassy hops. Sweet malt and a hint of tropical fruit. Taste: Citrus, pine and tropical fruit hops up front with decent bitter. Some medium malt and a touch of sweetness Body: medium and lightly lively. Parting thoughts: Not at all sure what this has to do with Singapore. Good IPA though.

Skyview (5706) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - MAY 27, 2016
Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from Heritage Liquors in Maplewood, Minnesota. Pours a semi-clear golden amber colored brew with a fast dissipating off-white head that leaves behind some spotty lacing. Aroma of citrus and light peaches. Taste is medium bodied, with flavors of citrus, caramel malt and light peach/nectarine. Finish is semi dry at first with some white pepper and citrus aftertaste. Tongue shock recovery about 1.5 minutes.
