At Pre-Borefts tasting. Aroma of apple juice and sugar. Taste has mostly sweet apple juice, sugar and some subtle funk. I'm not getting it.

Bottle. Clear pale faint yellowish color with white head. Aroma is sweet apple juice, dusty. Taste is sweet apples, apple skin, a bit vanilla, touch of funk. Medium carbonation. Easy to drink and sweet, as expected, but there's definitely more to it than just sweet apple juice. Good one.

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2017 Shared at pre-Borefts tasting, thanks for sharing everybody! Clear pale straw with short lasting white head. Lots of sweet apple, light apple skin, soft lemon, a hint of minerals. Quite sweet and a light sour finish. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Mostly just juice. It's still quite nice, but the brut version was a lot better.
