The trendy addition to the family is easily recognised by its crisp white logo. Like the original, it's naturally brewed, not chemically concocted and is as full-bodied as Savanna, but with an alcohol count 3% low, you can sit back with a good few of those clear 340ml bottles and relax.

Backlog, ocena wystawiona na podstawie wspomnień. Taki przeciętny cydr, ale w miarę pijalny

Bottle from local Yamaya store. Light tart apple nose, candyish and fruity. Clear thin straw color. Apple is very restrained and watered down. Dry compared to the regular Savanna cider. Thin body, a bit astringent. Hmmm... is there really a need for this?

KansaiBeerLvrs (5305) - Kyoto, JAPAN - MAY 23, 2015
100 yen a bottle at Yamaya. It pours a vibrant gold. The nose is very mild sweet apple. The taste is crisp semi-sweet apple with a fairly dry finish. Quite good, especially for that price. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle in Malawi. Yellow with little head. Aroma and taste has apples, corn, light vomity notes with a nondescrips bitter and unpleasant finish. Sweet and tastes unnatural in some way

Erzengel (9348) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - SEP 24, 2013
330 ml bottle from South Africa. Ingredients: Appel cider, Fruit & Maize Sugar. Cider starts mild-watery. First it tastes like cider, a bit light, but fruity and ok. But then it changes to a undefinable bitter-strange taste that had something from whomit. not nice aftertaste... --> could have been nice, but ends ugly... --> 6/10/4/5

GoufCustom (2128) - HONG KONG - AUG 9, 2013

330ml bottle bought at ParkNShop Superstore in Fanling.

Clear pale golden yellow colour; Razor thin head and soapy residual white foam which fades in 15 seconds; Small sticky lacing and active carbonation; Sour smell of apple juice, yoghurt water, very light sparkling white wine and faint hint of wood; Very light sweet and moderate tart taste of thin sparkling white wine, light apple juice, wet cardboard, light wood and light tannic; Light body, quite dry and watery palate. Mouth feel is quite dry and moderate, cheap sour-tasting macro cider, which is less watery than Savanna Dry but still light weight. The lager-like wet cardboard, light as it may be, is still unexpected and annoying. Lesser sweet and wood taste is bugging. Sour and wet cardboard finish. Bad! Quite dry after taste, easy but carbonated to mouth.

Comments: I really question the rationale of having the ‘light’ style for beer and cider. It didn’t works for most beers, and sure enough it doesn’t work for this one: it has ironically a richer body and palate than Savanna Dry, but the cheapo sour taste and wet cardboard kills off whatever merits it may have. Drain pour after half a glass, and stay away from the dodgy Savanna!

33cl bottle. Very light gold color. Very thin head. Medium to high carbonation. Sweetness is medium and sourness is low. Quite simple apple aroma.

Refreshing, crisp, not too macro and 3%! What do people want? Blood? This is much better than raters below will have you believe. Very drinkable, approachable and no off tastes that I usually get with mass produced cider.

abemorsten (3652) - Mosterøy, NORWAY - APR 19, 2012
Clear 330 ml bottle at home. Sparkling, clear golden body with a short lived, fizzy white head. Pulpy, fruity, candy, aceton aroma. Fresh gooseberries and candy esters in the mouth. Is there something off about it? Fruity and acidic. Juicy, soft drink texture. Light body.

Hansen (8613) - Assentoft, DENMARK - APR 13, 2012
Light yellow and clear. Has a white head, fully diminishing. Sweet aroma, sugars and faint fruit, light acid too. Flavor is sweet, a bit odd, perhaps notes of egg. Light astringent. Lively carbonation.
