white pillowy head, golden yellow, orange at edge.
very yeasty, notes of citrus, floral.
mild flavour for the most part, some breadiness, sort of plain and uninteresting. Ungstrup (37937) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 31, 2011
Can. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and a bit of cardboard. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and vitamins, leading to a dry finish. Elkas (213) - Cambridge, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 22, 2009
500ml can from the LCBO. Pours a pale yellow, with a thick white head that quickly dissapears. Aroma and taste are that of a typical european pale lager. No different really than the regular Boris. There are much better organic beers out there. wilderthanyou (758) - Guelph, CANADA - AUG 24, 2009
Pours an uber pale yellow with a short lived white cap. Aroma is tap water, corn, and wet fresh cut grass and cow crap. The flavour is malt corn sweetness with a soapy bitterness. This beer has got some pretty weak game, Not that I was expecting much. JohnBarleycorn (537) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 13, 2009
Can. Light gold with a slight haziness. Nose of malt and boiled rice. Fairly refreshing palate but lacks something in the middle. Flavour leans a little heavily towards the sweet end of the scale. Minor wet gravel and cardboard. Lifeless quasi-bitter finish.

500mL can from the LCBO. Pours a very, very, very pale yellow with a nice white head and a disturbing amount of particulate matter in the glass. Very weak, almost indiscernible aroma. Taste is weak, but unoffensive. Pleasant on the palate, I admit - a relatively dry, chalky palate that reminds me of Cooper’s Sparkling Ale. Not good, but not bad. Better than the average macro, but not by much. SlovakSniper (5561) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 24, 2011
Sme hops, but they are a little mute. Flavor is very grainy, and grassy. Meh, i wasnt too thrilled with this, its a gimmick, its the same as the regular boris. Tessic (1159) - Brantford, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 9, 2011
This lager??? poured a cloudy light yellow colour with a bright white, fizzy head. To the nose there are scents of corn, light malt, even lighter citrus and grass. First sip was very watery with flavours of corn, malt and hay. Finish is distantly hoppy with the corn flavour prodominant. joergen (28456) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 1, 2011
