This had such great citrus on the nose and citrus, grapefruit and pine on the tongue that I didn’t even recognize it as a wheat beer. This was recommended to me by a Nickel Brook worker at the Burlington Beer Festival and I subsequently recommended it to my friends as they came in. Everyone loved it! codfishh (202) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 31, 2015
Pours a light hazy yellow fluffy white head that laces the glass. Aroma is grapefruit and pine. Flavor light grainy wheat malt, big grapefruit and piny hops, a little sufur (oniony, garlicy) note on the finish. Very dry, prickly carbonation, light body medium to high carbonation. Delicious sessionable hoppy beer. 97hill (200) - - APR 23, 2016

Can: Poured a super light yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh juicy hops with grassy notes and some tropical fruit notes is quite interesting. Taste is also dominated by some juicy green hops notes with light tropical fruit notes and some light residuals sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid offering and nice take on the NZ hops.

Tap, pours a nice golden, aroma is very hoppy and the flavour is really the right amount of hops. this beer to me was an IPA, maybe a wheat IPA but it didnt taste much like a wheat ale to me. As an IPA this one is quality, recommend a taste

UPDATED: JUL 7, 2013 On draught at Burger Bar. Hazy gold with a small diminishing frothy off-white head. The aroma is just okay - decent chewy grain character, quite pungently grassy, lightly fruity - wants to be sweet but thankfully doesn’t get there. The grassy bitterness is joined by a bit of pungent spruce or resin, which while subtle still comes to be the dominant flavour; the backbone of cereal malt is fairly generic ... and it still has a fair amount of fruity sweetness circling the campfire, just out of range in the dark. As for palate, pretty much "average" across the board - a decent drinker that you may not remember for any particular reason, but would happily drink again when in a mood for an undemanding brew.

Now - so much better: fully attenuated, very bitter, light body, can and do drink 2-3 pints at a sitting now. Lubiere (13900) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 25, 2012
A hazed blonde ale with a thick lacing white head. In aroma, superb herbal hops with pine needles, catnip and menthol. In mouth, a smooth grassy herbal hops with wheat notes, nice Belgian IPA, very nice. On tap at Session 99, June 23 2012. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 23, 2012
[4191-20111215] Bottle. Strong piney hops aroma. Clear, light yellow body with a quick foamy white head. Bitter light evergreen hops flavour has a light spice note. Light-medium body. Great bitterness, surprising balance, repeatable. (7/3/8/4/16) 3.8

Enjoyed at the National Capital Craft Beer Week. Pours a hazy golden colour and a white head. Fresh grassy hop nose. Nice dry mouthfeel with the bitter finish, and then some grain aftertaste. Flavours of fresh grass. Makes a beautiful hoppy wheat ale for summer, for those who like it hoppier. CRock (249) - Ontario, CANADA - AUG 11, 2014
Big fan. Picked up straight from the brewery and loved the flavour. A good any time of day any time of year type beer.
