2013-05-07 - at C’Est What, on draught. Very hazy orange with a solid average long-lasting fizzy/foamy off-white head. Aroma - what the hell? - tart fruit and light roast - peaches eh? - huh - more like a pale ale given the berliner weiss fruit admixture ... almost funky/lactic sour, yet floral too, some tropical fruit - not much alcohol; I LIKED the aroma. Taste seems a blend of a decent hoppy/floral APA and a flemish sour - seems almost vinegary - again, I like this. Thick, slick, mild carbonation, acidic, moreso in the finish ... different to be sure, but we all liked it quite a bit. mabel (9245) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 10, 2014
[5353-20130507] Tap. Light citrusy lemon yeast aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Soured lemon grapefruit juicy flavour has a long soured finish. Medium body has a weird grapefruit aftertaste. Good. (7/4/8/3/15) 3.7

Draught at Sawdust City Tap Takeover, C’est What. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a spare fizzy white head. Aroma is odd but I like it, it’s sour and hoppy along with some vinegar. Flavour is fruity and sour, simple but nice. Average bodied. Interesting and good. jercraigs (10731) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 13, 2013
2013-05-07. Lightly hazy bright orange body, small off white head. Modest aroma has pleasant citrus character with a bit of a twist to it. Tangerine and very light musty/funky/something. Sort of vinegar like notes as it warms. Flavour is intriguing, sweet then tart citrus, lightly sour throughout, citrus, lychee, mango like fruit. Sourness works very well with the fruit character for me. 7++ Smooth average to light bodied palate, pleasant soft carbonation. Very refreshing and quaffable. I went back for a couple more glasses. Possibly my favorite of their beers, I think it caught me at the right time. On tap at SC Tap Takeover, C’est What, Toronto JoeMcPhee (9516) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 10, 2013
Pale golden with a touch of haze. Nose is lovely - soft lactic tartness with an interesting sort of fruitiness. A touch of barrel character and a very faint vineousness that is pretty appealing. Some pepper and a faint acetic note that actually kind of works. As it warms I get more vanilla and oak notes but I’m not complaining. Nice brew.

Funky aroma. Going into it, I did not even want to know the style. Brown coloured body, no head. Interesting but not very drinkable. Some toasted malt, the peaches were a distant taste.
