Aroma very pleasant nose. Front accented by mango fruit , citrus mid with some sweetness. Gentle woody sugary blend at finish.
Appearance murky amber ale with large foamy tanned top.
Flavor and Palate : soft medium full bodied. Tad chewy, noted caramel malts, some cookie dough, mango. Plenty of citrus. Nice concept.
May 7, 2013 - at C’Est What, on cask. Muddy reddish-brown-gold, pretty much no head (3-). Funky sour tropical fruit aroma - quite estery and alcoholic - "mysterious." Taste is sweet, floral and fruity, building IPA resin/zest bitterness, quite a lot of alcohol presence - decent, but uneven. Thick, acidic, weakly carbonated, medium-long tart floral finish - ultimately I liked it a lot after being uncertain of the elements - would like to try it on keg, with a little less mango and more C-hop. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 9, 2014
[5346-20130505] Tap. Celery spiced malt aroma. Dark amber orange body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. Light pencil lead and celery malt flavour. Medium body. Interesting. (7/3/7/3/14) 3.4

Draught at Sawdust City Tap Takeover, C’est What. Pours a murky peach-copper with a spare bubbly white head. Mild but pleasant aroma is quite fruity and lightly hoppy. Fruity flavour along with some hops and herbs. Modest bitter finish. Average bodied. Good stuff, I liked it. jercraigs (10592) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 13, 2013
2013-05-05. Hazy dark amber body, modest small beige head. Modest beige head and lace. 3+ Modest hops in the flavour interesting, modest bitterness throughout, light fruit, light malt. Aroma is sort of fruity, muted citrus grows as it warms. Sweet fruity grapefruit? Tropical fruit? Average bodied palate. Pretty enjoyable but sort of non-descript. Tap at C’est What. Hazy amber pour. Thin head. The aroma is of bright citrusy hops. Pine and grapefruit with a lot of bright pepper. Clean but well-hopped. Decent body with just a touch of malt character. As it warms, the juiciness picks up a bit and leaves a tropical sort of flavour. Nice brew.

Wow is this beer hazy. It’s one of the most opaque non-black beers I’ve had. Strong hoppy IPA scent. Taste matches the scent. My wife will love this. It’s pure IPA. has all that stuff I hear are supposed to be good about IPAs. No sir I still don’t like it. What the heck is with this IPA obsession everyone seems to have anymore. I can tell this is a good beer just not a good beer for me. cyrenaica (1143) - Milton, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 8, 2013

Part of the Sawdust City Tap Takeover. The beer pours a hazed dark copper colour with a thin creamy white ring. The aroma is trropical fruit, grains, and yeast. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is fruity with a very bitter finish, but the flavours are muddled. Decent refreshing beer.
Distinct mango aroma. C’est What tap takeover. Mango is nicely integrated with the IPA. Surprisingly fun and drinkable. Lubiere (13995) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 5, 2013
A hazed dark amber IPA with a thin mocha head. In aroma, a nice fruity malt with floral citrusy hops, catnip, nice. In mouth, smooth floral catnip hops , light bodied.
