Thanks to AleRider78 for bringing this one back from Sawdust (b-day gift). Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a warm cap that leaves some light creamy lacing. The Brett is noticeable in the nose at first with the funky-earthy notes. Then some fruity malts appear. The Brett is less apparent in the taste with the fruity malts taking over. Orange hints and warming alcohol. Some nice hops balance the finish with a slight dryness. All very well-blended, smooth Belgian Tripel with Brett. 473 ml can from brewery bottle shop. Pours a lightly cloudy dull golden colour with modest-sized white head. Aroma is fruity and vinous with apple, lemon, hay and perfumy flowers. Flavour has lots of vinous character with apple/pear, lemon, flowers, bread, hay and light spice. A little boozy. Nice, but didn't really knock my socks off. strowlands8 (236) - Ontario, CANADA - SEP 15, 2017
Great funky aroma with a bit of booze. Taste is caramel, perfume-y, nice Belgian yeast characteristics and booze. Nicely done.
Side note: Sawdust City is becoming my favourite Ontario brewery. CRock (262) - Ontario, CANADA - JUL 12, 2017
A little funky because of the Brett but overall a nice tripel. Caramel is prominent as is some citrus and a touch of pepper. Not sure if it was just the day but it was much more boozy than I was expecting. That being said drinking an 11% beer on a hot day isn’t expected to quench my thirst so ill save the other can for some colder weather and revisit my review. crazy_cat_lady (678) - - JUL 11, 2017
July 2017 (exact date lost, ratebeer app acting up). Can from the brewery. Dark golden yellow with white head. Nice aroma of lemon, straw, caramel, bread. Tastes of caramel, banana, bit of lemon and straw, some pepper. Brett is apparent in the lingering funky caramel aftertaste.

On tap at Level One. Pours very minimal frothy white head and has a pale golden appearance. Decent sticky lacing. Aromas of yeast, wheat, fruity notes. Flavours are fruity, fairly yeasty, some notes of wheats, doughy, subtle hints of caramel malt. The Brett is noticeable, with some funky notes. Medium bodied. Great retention. Pretty darn good! mabel (9245) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 12, 2017

Keg at Union 613, Ottawa. Hazy golden, creamy head. Oaky fruity vinous nose. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Vanilla and bretty hay, ripe fruit and marzipan. Some dough and white currant. Mild peppery finish. Rich and seemless. solidfunk (9363) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - DEC 17, 2016
Damn this fine like Beyonce in booty shorts. Great mix of bretta, florals, light coriander and a hint of lemongrass. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Light sweet finish. Tap at Barhop.
